Old Business   .

      ;History Dinner- Brett Brownscombe 9/13.  The dinner was wonderful thanks to Lakeshore Lodge.  The talk was very informative and there was interesting discussion from the audience.  Thanks to Suzie’s organization the silent auction went well and everything sold.  Thank you very much to the generous donors for the great auction items..

     Hats for sale $25  

     Discussion on doing call in for those who can not make it to the meeting.  How it could work?

     It was brought up at  the last meeting whether we could reduce the number of meetings.  I feel there is a lot happening in the summer and don’t feel we can skip those meetings from March on till October.  However winter meetings are less productive and could be reduced.  We already usually skip January.  Discussion!

     Weed treatment is ongoing.  Joe Cowan has done one herbicide treatment and expects to add some additional treatment when he does Dee’s place.  He still needs to come through with his harvester.
